Austen Arnold, MSK
Austen Arnold is a biomechanist with a Master’s in Kinesiology and a passion for applying human movement science to real-world design challenges. With 3 years of research and laboratory experience in motion capture, electromyography (EMG), and force plate analysis, Austen has built a strong foundation in human performance, injury prevention, and data-driven assessment.
Currently, Austen works in ergonomic consulting, leveraging CAD tools and Siemens JACK Tecnomatix to perform digital human modeling, evaluate workplace safety, and optimize human-machine interaction. His work focuses on bridging the gap between biomechanics and engineering design, helping organizations create safer, more efficient environments by integrating human factors into the engineering process.
