Dustin Gower, MBA
Dustin Gower is a seasoned defense professional with over 20 years of combined Active and Reserve duty in the U.S. Navy and extensive civilian leadership experience in advanced maritime programs. Currently serving as a Human Factors Engineer with Humanproof, LLC, Dustin applies his expertise in systems integration, testing, and human-centered engineering to support U.S. Coast Guard and Department of Defense programs.
Previously, Dustin was a Managerial Analyst for the Offshore Patrol Cutter Program at MirLogic Solutions Corporation and the C6ISR Integration & Testing Manager at Eastern Shipbuilding Group, where he directed a $500M program and led a 32-member team across two sites in support of the U.S. Coast Guard. His military career included more than 15 years of leadership across shipboard commands and Naval Special Warfare, culminating in two years as a Program Manager overseeing Navy COVID-19 response operations and five years as a Field Service Engineer for Special Boat Team Twenty.
Dustin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Strayer University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from the Jack Welch Management Institute. He also holds an active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance.
