Rainy Gower, SHRM-CP, CAPM, SPHR

Rainy is a certified Human Resource Management professional and senior HR leader with expertise spanning human resources, human systems integration (HSI), and human factors engineering (HFE). At Humanproof, she serves as Human Resources & HFE Engineer II, managing the full HR lifecycle—including compliance, recruitment, benefits, workforce planning, and employee engagement—while also contributing to engineering deliverables that support U.S. Coast Guard and Department of Defense programs.

Rainy has held leadership roles including Vice President of Operations at Peoples First Insurance Services, LLC, Human Resources Director at Florida Springs Wellness and Recovery Center, and Training & Development Specialist at Eastern Shipbuilding Group, where she supported HSI/HFE testing. She also worked as a Health Education Coordinator at Sentara Healthcare, developing and implementing programs to improve community wellness.

Rainy holds certifications in SHRM-CP, CAPM, SPHR, and Department of Homeland Security Train-the-Trainer. She earned her degrees in Accounting and Business Management from Strayer University and Ashford University.
