Job Description

Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of programmatic research initiatives. Responsibilities include: developing research plans, budgets and schedules; monitoring tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for the program; participating in establishing and defining program plan requirements; monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met; interacting regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements; developing program briefings to report program status to the customer; supporting business development activities and participating in special projects as required.  

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline (an equivalent combination of education, professional training, or at least 4 years of work experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree).

Qualifications

1-5 years of related business, finance, engineering analysis experience or related field
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
Experience with aviation, transportation systems, and Human Factors preferred

Security Requirement

Must be able to obtain a security clearance (fingerprinting and background investigation)
