Ray Putnam

Ray Putnam is an acknowledged technical Human Systems Integration (HSI) and Warfare Systems (WS) expert employing System Engineering (SE) disciplines, operational knowledge and hands-on experience derived from over 30 Years of functioning in a U.S. Naval combat systems environment. As a Sr. HSI analyst at Humanproof, Ray’s focus is validation of the Human element in support of the U.S. Coast Guard Polar Security Cutter program.

Previous experiences include expertise in Aircraft Carrier Warfare System including integration and design of Command and Control Centers, Undersea Warfare (USW) and surface Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. Additionally, he leveraged 15 years of experience in determination of Manpower Personnel and Training (MP&T) requirements for new acquisition programs and platforms to include Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC), CVN 78 and FFG 62.
