Human factors in military operations must become a central consideration in Joint Force campaign planning and execution. Neglecting human factors in favor of a preoccupation with technology and the physical aspects of warfare has negatively affected the Joint Force’s ability to effectively plan and conduct military operations. This article examines integration of cyber capabilities into Joint Operations, placing a priority on influencing human activity.
