Technical Writer

The Technical Writer is responsible for producing clear, accurate, and compliant documentation in support of the company's defense contracts and government obligations. This position develops, edits, and maintains technical manuals, specifications, contract deliverable documents (CDRLs), and other government-required documentation in strict accordance with applicable MIL-SPEC, MIL-STD, and contract statement of work (SOW) requirements.

The Technical Writer works directly with engineers, program managers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical content into structured, audit-ready documentation. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance commensurate with program requirements.

Business Development & Capture Specialist – SkillBridge

Humanproof is seeking a motivated Business Development & Capture Specialist through the DoD SkillBridge program to support our growth in the federal and defense markets. This role offers hands-on experience across the full business development lifecycle—from identifying and qualifying opportunities to building relationships, shaping capture strategies, and assisting in proposal execution.

Working directly with company leadership, you’ll help position Humanproof for success in government contracting while gaining valuable exposure to the fields of Human Systems Integration (HSI) and technical documentation research. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn how to turn opportunities into wins through strategic planning, outreach, and teamwork.
